As a projects designer, I learnt how to coordinate teams integrating the marketing, technical and administrative aspects of a project. Following the acquisition of 1001 Listes by Galeries Lafayette, I mostly get involved in the challenge of merging the 2 information systems.
- Alter the 1001 listes websites with some features (refund of 80% of the website: home, front office, user panel, payment process and back office).
- Data mapping with an ETL to include the customers, lists and products of Galeries Lafayette into 1001 Listes.
- Specification development and tender process to set up a hosting platform.
- Email migration from a Linux server to MS exchange.
- Neolane CRM migration.
- Recruitment of 2 project managers, one system administrator and 5 contractors (PHP developers, consultants and project managers).
- Replacement of the versioning system, SVN, by Mercurial and improvement of the branching model and the delivery process as well as QA.
- Development and setting up an Intranet with Drupal.

Collabforge is an Australian company directed by two Americans. The result of their strategies was materialized by collaborative websites such as wiki or CMS like Drupal or iPhone applications. My mission was to set up from scratch the IT department. We hired one intern developer and many contractors from Australia and from many countries on different time zones. I successfully ran several projects at the same time and kept them in budget and on time.
